Overview
Grapevine-Colleyville ISD FLL Teams will be hosting an FLL TRASH TREK Robot Games scrimmage on Saturday, November 14th at Cross Timbers Middle School, 2301 Pool Rd., Grapevine, TX, 76051. A maximum of 16 additional teams from other areas will be allowed to participate in the scrimmage in addition to the 8 FLL teams from GCISD which will also be participating in the scrimmage. Sign-up for the scrimmage is first-come, first served, and once all slots are filled there are no more slots available. Admission is free and non-participating teams and other spectators are welcome to come and watch as well.

The scrimmage will consist of Robot Games only and each team will have a minimum of three matches.
Schedule
The schedule for the scrimmage will be as follows:

What to Bring
Competition fields and mission models will be provided in the scrimmage area when it’s your team’s turn to compete. Teams are welcome to bring their own fields and mission models for setup in their assigned Pit area in addition to their robot kits and laptops to use while you are waiting to compete. Charging stations will be setup within the Pit Area to charge your robots and laptops.
Concessions
Light Concessions (sodas, bottled waters, chips, candy, etc.) will be available for purchase. Cash only.
Hospitality Room
There will be a Hospitality Room provided with complimentary snacks and drinks for visiting FLL Team Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Scrimmage Officials only.
Location
The scrimmage will be hosted at Cross Timbers Middle School in our main competition gym, the Black Gym.
Cross Timbers Middle School is located at 2301 Pool Rd., Grapevine, TX 76051. We are about 2 miles off of highway 114 about 3-4 miles from DFW Airport and located in close proximity to many area restaurants and shopping centers for team meals and such following the scrimmage.
A campus map will be provided to participants via email once signups have been completed, no later than 11/7/15.
